The Finance Merchant that Handles Credits and Refunds on this Platform

A percentage of money is taken from the financial ‘processing merchant’ dealing with credit and refund facilities on this platform. A refund will be paid to the customer, with a percentage deducted by the merchant, not Bethany Neck Artist, for processing refund transactions. The resultant amount will be forwarded to the customer.


Disputes-

Limited Liability for Bethany Neck Artist Under Australian Consumer Law

Selling to People Overseas or Interstate in Australia - All disputes will be solved via mediation or arbitration out of court in the city of Adelaide, SA.

As Bethany Neck Artist is the owner and seller of her products, any disputes occurring from the sale (or refund) of her products, will be settled in Adelaide, South Australia, under Australian Consumer Law.

South Australia is the state where Bethany Neck Artist manages her business.

It will be necessary to come to Adelaide, SA to hold an ‘out of court’ mediation procedure, where arbitration occurs, with the final decision binding.

Note: Legally and financially Bethany Neck Artist will only be liable for the replacement or cost of the original item/s of purchase (or return), only.
